Frequently Asked Questions

When do orders close ?

Orders close the day after the performance. We need to have final orders in so that we can get our heads down and working to produce your Media ASAP for a quick delivery date.

When is the estimated release delivery date ?

We plan to have the Media available ASAP. The date is TBA later ( To-Be-Announced).
But we defiantly plan to have the media released by the second week of November.

How do I place an order ?

We have Stripe as an easy one step process to place your orders.

You don't need to have a Stripe account - just a credit card.

Stripe will process your payment and send us your details. Thats how we will know about your order and importantly how to get the order to you.

Prefer CASH payment?! So do we! - We understand and appreciate your thoughts. Please see us at the performance to make CASH arrangements.

Which media is the better choice DVD or USB ?

Both the DVD and the USB comes in a jewel case with printed Artwork. This will be a collectors piece and each year the Artwork will be built upon. The cases will look impressive on your bookshelf as each year goes on.
The DVD can be played on traditional DVD players.
The USB has the convenience to be able to play via USB drives ( eg on a computer )

Can I share the footage online ?

Please DO NOT share online. No Social or online drives.

Kiewa Valley Dance does not hold licensing to have the footage online. Doing so would expose you to being liable.

How do I collect my media ?

There are two choices available to you.

1 - Collect from Kiewa Valley Dance School after the release date - TBA
or
2 - Choose postage to have the media mailed out to your delivery address on release date.

When is the release date ?

We plan to have the Media available ASAP.

The date is TBA later ( To-Be-Announced).

But we defiantly plan to have the media in advance to the Christmas break.

How do I know my order has been received

You will receive confirmation email from both Stripe and Squarespot media to confirm your order.
